Website Design and Development

I have experience planning website content, structure, and layout. I am knowledgeable of web usibility practices and search engine optimization practices. My skills include designing web page wireframes and creating web graphics in Photoshop; writing HTML and CSS code; and setting up domains and hosting. I am also experienced building sites using the WordPress platform (self-hosted and on WordPress.com). Building sites on the WordPress platform allows me to offer powerful features like blogs, contact forms, and a user-friendly content management system for a very reasonable price. I setup and maintain this website for Today's Vision, Tyler. The site is built on WordPress using a customized StudioPress theme. I took most of the photos on the site and wrote much of the text as well. This site has been seach engine optimized and is performing well for local searches.

I recommend Bluehost for web hosting. I am also an affiliate for Bluehost, that is, they pay me a commission for every new customer I refer to them. But, even if they didn't, I would still use them and recommend them because they are awesome! Their tech support is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient and their control panel is easy to use. Also, I've been pretty pleased with their server performance and up time, especially considering their low price point.
